For group bookings of 5 people or more:

If no other cancellation conditions have been agreed, the following provisions apply.

The customer has the right to cancel the contract by unilateral declaration. In this case, the parties agree on a flat rate of damages (cancellation fee), which must be paid by the customer to the accommodation.

 

The cancellation fee is staggered as follows:

• If the cancellation notice is received by the accommodation up to the 30th day before the day on which the first service would                                     have been provided,  0%
• If the cancellation declaration is received by the accommodation from the 29th day to the 14th day before the day on which the first service would have been provided, 50%
• If the cancellation notice is received by the accommodation from the 14th day until the day on which the first service would have been provided, 100% of the agreed price.
